Gather all ingredients
Preheat oven to 350
Grease pan
Open cake mix, add water, oil and 3 eggs
Add chocolate syrup to pan (optional)
Pour cake batter into the greased pan. Set aside
Add cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla extract, evaporated milk, 2 eggs, and salt
Blend it all together
Add the flan mix into cake batter
Grease a piece of foil paper & cover the pan
In another pan (bigger than the other one) add water
Put the pan with the cake batter into the pan with water
Set oven to bake for an hour
After an hour take out cake, uncover it, insert a clean knife into cake & if it come out clean it's ready :)
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes
Get a plate and turn the cake
Add more chocolate syrup if you want, and it ready to enjoy :)
