Well hello everyone! Let's get started on this lovely dish!! First things first get your pork chops out :D!

Gently rise and pat dry.

Cut off any major chunks of fat from the pork chop then generously season both sides of it with a combination of the one tablespoon garlic powder and one tablespoon seasoning salt.

TA DA looking pretty yummy so far!!! :D

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

In a shallow plate beat together the 2 eggs and milk.

Should look something like this :D!

In another shallow plate mix together the bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasonings, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of seasoning salt. Make sure to mix it well :)!!

Dip the seasoned pork chops into the egg wash then carefully place in the bread crumbs.

Once you have your double coating place your pork chops into a 9X13 dish.

Heat your olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once the oil is heated place breaded pork chops into the skillet. Slightly move them around once they get into the skillet this will prevent them from sticking.

Cook each side for about 3-5 minutes or until breading looks crusted.

Place pork chops back into the 9X13 baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.

On a side note!!! Check out the wreath I made :D I'm all ready for the holidays are you??!

While your pork chops are in the oven grab a small sauce pan and mix together your chicken broth and condensed mushroom soup. Bring to a boil. Sorry I don't have a picture of it I completely forgot!

Take out your pork chops, individually drizzle the mushroom sauce on each pork chop before serving.

And there you have it, a juicy yet crispy pork chop! This is a five star recipe for me, it's packed with flavour and it's just too easy not to love!
