How to Spin a Basketball on Your Finger


Find a basketball that is fairly deflated but you can still dribble

Place the ball on the index finger of your good hand and hold the top of the ball with your bad hand

When you feel that the ball is balanced put your bad hand on the side of the ball and jerk it towards you while maintaining the ball on your index finger

Make sure you use the first part of your index finger to hold the ball as this will keep it most balanced
