Rinse and pre-warm your filter and vessel
While warming, grind the coffee on a medium coarse setting
Pitch the water and zero your scale with the vessel and filter.
Measure your ground coffee to ensure none was lost, then zero the scale again.
Add 60grams of water just short of boiling.
Let coffee bloom for 45 seconds.
Add water , pouring in circles to stir the grounds, bringing the weight up to 415 grams.
The steep should take about two minutes.
Remove the filter and enjoy your hand crafted beverage.
