Chocolate, Vanilla or Banana

Measure 1 Litre Milk

Pour Milk into pot

Put Budyn into Milk Pot while Milk is still cold

Set stove to High and whisk

Whisk continuously

When Budyn begins to boil turn stove off and continue mixing for another 30 seconds

Pour into serving dish

Makes 2 large portions or 4 regular
